Hey! My names Emily Gardner and I'm excited to be apart of the Realty One Group. I just moved to Irmo last year when I bought my first house. The purchase of my first home is what really got me interested in real estate. I had lived in Chapin all my life before that and graduated from Chapin High School. My house is definitely bit of fixer upper and needs some signature touches so I spend a lot of my time at home working on the house! I come from a customer service background and have always wanted a career in helping people! I especially got into real estate to help first time home buyers who come in with little to no knowledge about buying a home. I had a little bit of a rocky road in my experience and I really want to be an advocate for these individuals and make their first time home buying experience as stress free and enjoyable as possible.
