My passion is Real Estate! I began my real estate career in 2007 managing short term vacation rentals in Hilton Head Island, SC. From there I moved home to Columbia, SC where I began working in long term residential property management. In 2015 I became a REALTOR, a member of the Central Carolinas Association of REALTORS and National Association of REALTORS.
I am a Forest Acres native and have called that area home for many years. I consider myself an area expert and I'm passionate about listing and selling homes in this highly desirable, family friendly neighborhood! My family and I currently live near beautiful Lake Murray in Chapin, SC and I have familiarized myself well to the area and love to live and work here equally as well!
I work very effectively with military families as I understand and can relate to the relocation challenges, needs and timetables. My husband currently serves in the S.C. Army National Guard and is a two time war veteran. With my personal experiences and knowledge I am able to make buying or selling your home more manageable.
